Job Description

  • Business Finance and Financial reporting for the assigned project
  • Responsible for Inter facing and managing the business needs of various stake holders of project i.e Project CEO, Bankers, Investors and Other stake holders such as land owners etc as a single point of contact from Finance and Accounts
  • Develop Business plan (BP) and Annual operating plan (AOP) in coordination and consultation with HO business planning and MIS team
  • Support Project CEO to monitor and achieve BP and AOP by providing relevant data, information, MIS and early warning signals on periodic basis
  • Forecast and manage cash flows on day today basis
  • Coord with Central fund raising team to organize finance for the project based on Approved BP for project
  • Coordinate with relevant business teams and F&A team i.e A/P, A/R for the project requirements
  • Quarterly closure and Annual accounts finalization. Handle and manage auditors to resolve all their queries.
